Gail Dukas
Chief Operating Officer
As a co-founder of DLPR, Gail wears many hats at the firm. Active “behind the scenes,” Gail is responsible for the firm’s financial, accounting, and HR functions, and also manages its website and back-office operations. Previously, she ran her own copywriting consultancy and was the staff writer for a not-for-profit organization and a writer and editor in the publishing industry. A compulsive and painstaking proofreader, Gail provides an important layer of quality control for many of the firm’s marketing and new business efforts and considers every typo to be a personal failing!
A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Gail received a B.A. degree with a double major in general literature and creative writing and Spanish from the State University of New York at Binghamton.A voracious reader and avid word game player, in her spare time Gail often can be found on her Peloton or walking to maximize her Fitbit step count.
